whats is sensory explorers?

Sensory explorers, our bespoke early years program specifically designed for nursery settings. We aim to provide a rich and stimulating program where children thrive through multisensory experiences.

Sensory explorers is structed to spark curiosity and supports early development through instruments, singing, BSL signing, action songs, bubbles, parachute time and much more. Each class is themed and carefully tailored, children will learn BSL throughout the session, begin to learn the route and develop confidence in their learning all thought the magic of singing and play.

Your amazing practitioner will also enjoys having more time to play with their children, build memory’s, capture moments to send home to the children’s families, learn BSL they can use throughout their day, support development, implement next steps for their key children and have a fanatic time themselves.

After all as grown up we all love to be big children ourselves and children learn best when we are all have an amazing time.

I’m Michaela your sensory explorers leader and passionate early educator. With years of experience and two children of my own, I understand the magic of early development.

I created ‘sensory explorers’ to provide a fun, creative experience where children can explore their senses and learn through movement and play.

While I lead the session this will give your practitioners the opportunity to enjoy and capture moments with their key children.

FAQ

How many children do you have in each sensory session? - We keep our sensory group to a maximum of 15 children. This small group size ensures that every child is kept engaged and will get the best out of every session.
What age is the session for, can older children join in? - Yes of course, We tailer every session to ensure its suitability for all ages and ability’s.
What is your availability and are you flexible with you sessions? - Yes, you have the flexibility to book your session on a weekly or fortnightly basis, allowing you to choose a schedule that best works for your nursery and you children.
Do you have any early years training - Yes, I am qualified level 3 early years educator with many year experience working with children and I also hold a qualification in BSL. I created sensory explorers using my experience of working with children and my under standing of the EYFS
Do you have a DBS? - Yes, I have a rolling enhanced DBS that you can have the details for at anytime.
